Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ip4.market ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

The Service is operated by XNET CORE SL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Spain.

2. Description of Service

ip4.market is an IPv4 address leasing platform that enables:

  • IP Address Holders to list their IPv4 subnets for lease
  • IP Address Lessees to lease IPv4 subnets for their business needs
  • Management of RIPE NCC database objects related to leased IP addresses
  • Generation of Letters of Authorization (LOA) for leased IP addresses

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 KYC Verification

All users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before conducting transactions. This includes:

  • Providing valid company registration documents
  • Submitting identity verification for authorized representatives
  • Providing proof of authorization to use IP address resources (for Holders)

4. IP Address Leasing

4.1 For IP Address Holders

By listing IP addresses on the marketplace, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the legitimate holder of the IP addresses or have authorization to lease them
  • The IP addresses are registered with an appropriate Regional Internet Registry (RIR)
  • The IP addresses are free from disputes, encumbrances, or legal claims
  • You will maintain proper RIPE database objects during the lease period

4.2 For IP Address Lessees

By leasing IP addresses through the marketplace, you agree to:

  • Use the IP addresses only for lawful purposes
  • Not engage in activities that may result in IP address blacklisting
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding internet usage
  • Return the IP addresses upon lease termination
  • Not transfer, sublease, or assign the IP addresses without written consent

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service or leased IP addresses for:

  • Spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Denial of service attacks or network abuse
  • Any illegal activities under Spanish, European, or international law
  • Activities that violate RIPE NCC policies or other RIR regulations
  • Fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing and Billing

Lease prices are set by IP Address Holders and displayed in the marketplace. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed through Stripe.

6.2 Commission

The platform charges a commission on each transaction. Current commission rates are displayed during the checkout process.

6.3 Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be available within 7 days of lease activation if the IP addresses are found to be non-functional or misrepresented.

7. IP Reputation

We provide IP reputation checking as an informational service. While we strive to maintain clean IP addresses in our marketplace:

  • We do not guarantee that IP addresses will remain off blacklists
  • Reputation can change based on lessee activities
  • We reserve the right to suspend leases if IP addresses are severely blacklisted due to abuse

8. RIPE Database Management

Our platform facilitates RIPE NCC database object management. By using these features:

  • You authorize us to make changes to RIPE objects on your behalf
  • You acknowledge that RIPE database changes are subject to RIPE NCC policies
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information in RIPE objects

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by XNET CORE SL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XNET CORE SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • IP address blacklisting or reputation issues
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Actions of third parties, including other users

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless XNET CORE SL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • All active leases will be terminated according to their terms
  • Any pending payouts will be processed according to our standard schedule
  • You must cease all use of leased IP addresses

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
